[ARCHIVED] Parks & Recreation Goes Digital

Beginning January 31, 2022 community members will gain the ability to search for available facility rentals, events, and programs as well as make payment from a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Maury County Parks & Recreation has partnered with CivicRec to implement a new parks and recreation management software solution. Beginning January 31, 2022 all facility reservations and activity registration will be made accessible online. Available through a newly designed website, the integrated software will offer citizens the ability to search for available facility rentals, events, and programs as well as make payment from a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Before CivicRec, Maury County Parks & Recreation’s registration and reservation process posed a challenge to engaging citizens through facility and program offerings. The previous system was out of date, did not adequately promote offerings, and required cash payment to be remitted in-person. Now with CivicRec, citizens are offered an easy-to-use system that is an all-in-one administration system for the parks department.
