All bidders can download the bidder information sheet that is on our web page and email it to any staff member's email or bring it to the Clerk & Master's office and receive a bid number.
The Clerk & Master will be conducting the tax sale. We urge everyone that will be bidding on any property at the tax sale to do all necessary research on the property that you bid on. You are obligated to pay the bid price that day for all properties that you win. No Exceptions! After we have sold all the properties that are listed in the tax sale, we will give you an hour to retrieve your payment for the property you won the bid on. Cashiers Check or Cash will be accepted. We urge everyone that pays for property that is bid on in our office to go to the Trustee's office at 1 Courthouse Square and pay the remaining taxes on the property in their office and bring us a copy of the payment.
PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON ANY PROPERTIES YOU WILL BE BIDDING ON. YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO PAY THE DAY OF THE SALE.
