The Maury County Health Department has launched a new online tool enabling the community to request a COVID-19 vaccination appointment by being placed on the Vaccine Priority List.
At this time, the current phases eligible for vaccination in Maury County are health care workers (phases 1a1 and 1a2) and individuals age 75 and older. Only those who are in these phases or this age group may submit a request for vaccination and those not meeting the criteria will not receive an appointment.
Once you complete the online form, you will be placed on the Priority List. As soon as vaccine becomes available, you will receive appointment information by email or phone. If you meet the current criteria for vaccination and wish to be placed on the Priority List, please visit: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/maury-covid19-priority-list.
Those who received their first dose PRIOR to January 11 will be contacted by the health department and should NOT register for the second dose through the online sign-up.
